Luxury Sales Manager 

Austin, Texas Flagship Store

The role of the Luxury Sales Manager is essential for the continued and future growth of MOSS. As sales manager, you possess strong leadership skills and set high standards for your team. Working closely with your Operations Manager, you are responsible for helping drive a profitable business – focusing on genuine connections with customers that build loyalty as well as managing efficient operations, so every experience is seamless. You are responsible for leading, managing and continuously developing your sales team and are accountable for creating and maintaining a positive and highly productive work environment. You will be responsible for consistently achieving sales goals, and maintaining a highly successful sales team. You will help recruit new talent while training and developing your existing team to ensure everyone is contributing to their highest potential. You will foster an inclusive work environment where fun comes from success and learning, and everyone has a voice.

Requirements for the role:

  • Maintain a high standard for overall customer experience while demonstrating a high degree of professionalism.

  • Customer focused leader in sales with a strong presence on the sales floor.

  • Maintain a strong client book

  • Meet or exceed monthly store sales goals by motivating the team and leading by example.

  • Effectively managing and/or training the sales team

  • Analyzing weekly/monthly reports to determine strategies to maximize sales.

  • Promoting a sense of ownership and delegation.

  • Communicating effectively and regularly with both staff and clientele.

  • Providing regular performance feedback to employees as well as assisting store manager with performance reviews.

  • Attending regular meetings to discuss store sales, inventory, employee performance, and other essential information needed to achieve high levels of sales and productivity.

  • Manage important aspects of daily store operations including attending to the opening and closing of the store & maintaining proper accountability for cash handling.

  • Available weekends and holidays.

  • Able and willing to bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds.

  • Communicating and upholding store policies laid out in the MOSS Employee Handbook.

Our Dream Luxury Sales Manager

  • Has 3 or more years of retail sales experience in an upscale/luxury environment

  • Has 1 or more years of management experience with similar scope.

  • Possesses an existing client book

  • Possesses a strong personal style and is passionate about fashion and luxury labels.

  • Friendly and outgoing with a knack for styling people

  • A natural leader who loves to work with a team.

  • Track record of setting and achieving goals as well as holding teams to the same standard.

  • Tries new things and champions new ideas.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and can multi-task with ease.

  • Brings a developed strong client book to the position

  • Detail oriented person able to process information and operate store systems accurately.

Luxury Clientele Specialist 

Austin, Texas Flagship Store  and San Antonio, Texas Store 

We are looking for a full-time and/or part-time Luxury Clientele Specialist to add to our team! This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for styling clients. Friendly and outgoing people with a natural eye for style are preferred.

Requirements for the role:


  • Set and achieve personal sales goals, for both in-store and digital selling with effective use of selling tools (inclusive of text, email and social media)

  • Build lasting relationships with clientele

  • Maintain a strong clientele book

  • Provide the best service to our customers consistently

  • Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style and fit

  • Seek fashion and product knowledge to build your expertise

  • Work with the team to keep the sales floor tidy and displays looking great

 Stylist/Social Media Manager

Austin, Texas Flagship Store | Part-time (10-15 hours per week)

We are looking for a super stylish person with Social Media experience to manage our visuals for the website and our Instagram page! This role includes styling a model weekly or bi-weekly utilizing our best-selling new arrivals. It also requires collaborating with our in-house photographer to create on-brand content for our Instagram feed including reels.

Requirements for the role: 

  • Fashion obsessed with a finger on the pulse of current fashion trends, fashion news and cultural events

  • Have a fine eye for detail, organization and style

  • Extensive experience with Instagram analytics, marketing, etc

  • Graphic design background

  • Reliable, self-starter for a very hands-on job 

  • Friendly and professional demeanor

  • Extensive experience with styling

  • Creative with ability to bring new ideas to the table
